In Geyserville, brothers Tom and Chris Adamian are realizing their dream of opening a brewpub and restaurant — a dream they had held since graduating college. The two began home brewing in 2010. Chris started brewing partial batches on his stovetop burner before gradually upgrading his equipment and moving outdoors, where he could do the fermenting in stainless steel rather than glass or plastic carboys.
“Everything people say about how hard it is to open a brewpub and restaurant is true. It’s been one of the hardest things we’ve ever done, but we’ve been lucky in many ways and a lot of things have fallen into place for us, as well.”
Tom Adamian sources local meat and produce for his lunch menu that changes weekly. Gates open at 6PM. There will have food trucks as well as local beer and wine available. Tainted Love, The HOTS, and Tika & the Moonshines will be playing surrounded by hot air balloons. The hot air balloons will likely staying inflated on the ground for photos and to chat with pilots. Parking is run by the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Their charge is $10 cash-only fee for parking. MEMORIAL DAY CAR SHOW
Newsong's annual car show IS BACK!!! Since 2014, we’ve hosted our Memorial Day Car Show and it has grown every year to be the largest of its kind in Windsor. Last year we had upwards of 2000 spectators and 180 cars. This year, 2023, we plan to have just as much fun! In addition to the wide variety of vehicles on display (classics - hot rods - imports - low riders - motorcycles), we’ll have food trucks on site and fun activities for kids such as bounce houses and face painting and LIVE MUSIC by Tika & the Moonshines.
The event is FREE, family friendly, and open to the public. Everyone is welcome, so tell your friends! If you are just attending, registration is not needed, just come!
